COOKIES AND HOW WE USE THEM
Cookies are small ‘packets’ of data downloaded to your computer which communicate with websites in order to provide information to those who operate them. For example, they may help website operators improve your experience on their website or to distinguish you from other users.
Homegrown uses a cookie named PHPSESSID to track your activity on the Website, such as the pages that you visit in a session and which pages you use to access others, and to keep you logged in as you move from page to page. The information gathered by this cookie will be used to create statistical data about use of the Website (both by you as an individual and by users as a whole) and to help us improve the Website and our services more generally.
PHPSESSID is a session cookie which will be deleted from your computer shortly after the end of your session on the Website.
Homegrown uses a cookie named PHPSESSID which is used to remember your logon details if you select the ‘Remember Me’ option when you log on to the Website, meaning that you will not need to enter your username and password the next time you visit the Website. PHPSESSID will, unless you take an action to delete it, remain saved on your system for 30 days after you select ‘Remember Me’ after which it will automatically delete itself. PHPSESSID is optional and if you do not wish to download it then you should not click the ‘Remember Me’ option when you log in to the Website.
